I played hockey for New Zealand and pushed myself so far into chronic illness trying to stay at the top. I then spent years too sick to train until I found a new way of being that completely changed my approach to both sport and life.

I returned to the top level by learning to work with my nervous system instead of against it. When I did, flow state stopped being something I chased and became something I could train.

That method is now what I teach athletes and high performers who are doing everything right but still stuck in doubt and exhaustion.
