Performance programs train the body and some train the mind. But it is the nervous system that is lying beneath both of them which ultimately determines your performance and your state of being.

Your nervous system is where every fear, doubt, and survival pattern lives. It's what pulls you out of flow in the moment when the pressure gets real. You can't think past it and you can't outwork it.

State Training works directly with your nervous system.

Using NLP, somatics, breathwork, and subconscious rewiring, we work directly with your nervous system to identify and release the patterns holding you back.

When you rewire the nervous system that is when flow state stops being something you chase and becomes something you access on demand.

I played hockey for New Zealand and pushed myself so far I ended up with chronic illness. I spent over two years with chronic unable to train. My nervous system had been running on survival mode for so long it finally gave out. What enabled me to return to elite sport again after illness was learning to work with my nervous system instead of against it.

This is how State Training was born. It's the method I used on myself to return and perform at the highest level and now what I teach to athletes who are doing everything right and still can't access their best.
