INNER PERFORMANCE: 1-1 COACHING FOR ATHLETES
You've been doing everything right.
Training harder than ever. Sacrificing more than people know. Giving everything you have to this sport.
And the coach still can't quite see what you know is there.
So you do the only thing that makes sense. You push harder. Add another session. Refine another skill. If I just do one more thing. Then they'll see it. Then I'll make the team. Then I'll finally feel enough.
But the harder you push, the further away it feels.
THE TRUTH
Here's what nobody in your performance environment is telling you. It was never the skill. It was never the fitness. It was never the effort or the dedication or the desire.
It's the silent beliefs running underneath all of it. The subconscious patterns wired in long before you ever stepped onto a field. The part of you that's still trying to earn a place you already deserve to occupy. The voice that's louder than your own knowing — the one that says not quite yet. not quite enough.
That voice is not the truth. But it is running your performance.
And until that changes, you can train forever and still feel like you're running on a treadmill. Working incredibly hard. Getting nowhere closer to where you know you could be.
THE SHIFT
What if the performance you've been chasing was always already within you?
Performance is state dependent.
When your internal state is dysregulated, when you're performing from fear, from pressure, from the desperate need to prove, your nervous system compresses. Coordination tightens, instinct goes and flow is the last thing on your radar. The talent you've spent years developing can't get through.
But when the interference is cleared?
When the subconscious beliefs are rewired, the stored tension released, the need for external validation dissolved, what's left is your natural performance state.
Free. Instinctive. Joyful.
That state is already there, ready for you to uncover. And from that place your talent finally gets to show up easily and effortlessly.
THE PROGRAM —
Every athlete arrives differently. But the arc of the work follows the same direction: inward first, then outward.
Step 1 — We map the system Understanding how your nervous system responds to pressure. Where state breaks down. What specific patterns are firing under competition conditions that aren't firing in training. You can't clear what you haven't seen clearly.
Step 2 — We clear the interference Using Timeline Therapy and NLP we go to the root of the subconscious patterns. The beliefs, the stored experiences, the automatic responses that have been driving your performance in the background. This is where the deepest shifts happen.
Step 3 — We release what the body is holding Through somatic practice and breathwork we work with the physical patterns - the chronic tension, the braced movement, the stored stress responses that block fluid, instinctive performance. Your body has been holding the history of every high-pressure moment. We release it.
Step 4 — We train your natural state With the interference cleared we build the skills - state awareness, state regulation under pressure, the ability to access flow state quickly and deliberately. Training the conditions that make it inevitable.
WHAT CHANGES
You stops performing from fear and flow becomes your natural performance state.
The gap between training performance and competition performance closes — not because she trained harder, but because the interference was removed.
You stand on the field and feel fully yourself. Not managing nerves, suppressing doubt, or white-knuckling composure. You become in flow, present, instinctive and free.
Sport becomes something she does from love again and from that state your performance naturally uplevel.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This work is for the athlete who:
Is doing everything and still feels like something is missing.
Who performs better in training than in competition and can't understand why.
Who overthinks, tightens, or hesitates in moments she's fully prepared for.
Who is exhausted from performing from pressure and ready for another way.
Who knows somewhere deep and certain that she is good enough and is ready to finally let her performance reflect that.
You've spent long enough trying to earn something that was always yours.
The talent is there, the passion is there, you were always good enough! This is just the work of finally letting your performance know it.
If you just took a breath reading this - you're exactly who this is for.
Applications reviewed individually. Limited intake. I work with a small number of athletes at a time to ensure full depth of attention.
She went from performing from anxiety to performing from herself. "My sessions with Tayla have been life changing. I have struggled with anxiety and pressure through my sport and it was getting the better of me. I now feel like myself again, having a calm outlook on life and my sport. Which has completely changed my performance." — International Hockey Player
